Booking and our work

A booking or request made online is a request for service. We confirm the time with you, and the price is agreed in a quote or before the work starts. The details of each job (price, warranty, payment) are in its quote or invoice.

Payments

Invoices are due as stated on them. Online payments are processed by our payment processor under its own terms.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program name: Brooke's Detailing. When you agree to receive texts (for example by checking the box on our booking form), Brooke's Detailing sends you text messages about your appointments and service.

• Message types: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, on-the-way alerts, quotes, invoices, payment receipts, replies to your questions.
• Message frequency varies with your appointments and service.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Your cell phone number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
